On the morning of April 29, 2024, at 11 AM, Dr. Xiang You, the Assistant Vice President of Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) and the Dean of the Chinese International School, along with Ms. Praewa Petcherdchoo (Chuhua Chen), the Director of Strategic Alliances in the Office of International Education, Dr. Xinhai Wang, the Director of the South China Office, and Dr. Bo Wang, the Director of International Relations, visited the International School of Guangzhou Huali College. They held a faculty discussion meeting attended by Mr. Bin Li, Deputy Director of the University's Development Planning Office, and full-time faculty members who were available. The meeting was hosted by Professor Shuze Tang, the Dean of International School.

Dean Shuze Tang warmly welcomed Vice President You and his delegation, introducing them to the International School and initiating the discussion. He presented the international faculty members and highlighted the distinctive all-English teaching platform. Vice President Xiang You, representing DPU and its Executive President, Dr. Pattanant Petchchedchoo, expressed gratitude for the warm reception from Guangzhou Huali College and the International School. He was impressed by the unique all-English teaching platform and its international faculty background. Vice President You provided a brief overview of DPU, including its history, current development, academic programs, faculty, Chinese and English teaching International Schools, bilingual programs, research achievements, international conferences, journal publications, overseas collaborations, student activities, and campus life. He emphasized the university's measures to ensure the safety of foreign students and the security of their academic degrees, as well as the achievements in master's and doctoral education.

Following this, Dr. Bo Wang, Director of International Relations, gave an overview of the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs at DPU using a PowerPoint presentation. He also responded to questions from the faculty.

The discussion was vibrant and informal, promoting mutual understanding between the two parties. We were greatly impressed by the educational philosophy of DPU's Chinese International School and their commitment to student service. Following the meeting, Dean Shuze Tang led the guests on a campus tour, showcasing the student cafeteria, dormitories, distinctive book bar culture, and McDonald's food street.
